省外經貿集團 實施人才強企加快追趕超越

陜西省(sheng)外經貿(mao)實業(ye)(ye)集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)有(you)(you)限(xian)公司多年來致力于對(dui)外經濟合作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)務,為陜西省(sheng)對(dui)外開放(fang)和外貿(mao)事(shi)業(ye)(ye)作(zuo)出(chu)了重要貢獻。集(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)現有(you)(you)員工2481人(ren)(ren),擁有(you)(you)中級以上職稱113人(ren)(ren),占專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)術人(ren)(ren)員的(de)73%,高級工及(ji)以上189人(ren)(ren),占技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)員的(de)68%,大專(zhuan)及(ji)以上735人(ren)(ren),占30%,碩士研究生以上40人(ren)(ren),占1.6%。

建立健全人才工作領導管理機制
